Seb Messina is passionate about nature and the landscape. To Seb the final photograph is

the reward for seeing the composition, waiting for the conditions to collide and produce a

subtle nuance of light and shade that is the drama of a great landscape photograph. He will

sometimes spend hours waiting for the "magic light" to illuminate a fantastic landscape.

Seb shoots medium format film for his landscape and nature work. His cameras of choice

are the fantastic Fuji G617 panoramic and his Pentax 645. Seb's film of choice is traditional

transparency film for fantastic detail and sharpness with that special mood that is film.

Seb offers his clients nature and landscape photography from his photography collection.

His work hangs in many homes and offices in Australia and around the world. The collection

has been assembled by visiting the fantastic locations around Australia and putting in the

time to capture the "magic light".

Commissioned photo art is produced for specific projects such as hotels, hospitals, office

and apartment fit-outs. In the planning for commission work Seb consults with his clients

to work out a brief that addresses out preferences, themes, locations, styles, where and

how the art will be displayed.
